Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets in assigned regions or sectors.
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the industrial, infrastructure, and electrical contracting segments.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements, propose suitable products/solutions, and ensure timely support.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business through professional handling and relationship management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering

4-8 years of experience in
business development, sales, or key account management
skills.
Proven ability to develop relationships and close deals with corporate and industrial clients.
