Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in automotive, non-automotive, OEMs, and aftermarket segments.
Promote coil springs, compression/extension/torsion springs, and custom spring solutions.
Generate leads through visits, calls, and networking.
Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team.
Submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
Maintain weekly reporting of visits, enquiries, and conversions.
Build strong long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets on commission basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in
industrial or automotive components sales
preferred.
Basic understanding of coil springs, metal components, or engineering products (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
