Job Description

The Sales/ Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and delivering effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new markets and customer opportunities.
2. Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
3. Lead Management:
Identify and qualify leads through networking, research, and cold calling.
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
Ensure timely follow-ups to close sales transactions.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
6. Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market conditions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-7 yrs experience in sales, preferably in B2B
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
