Job Summary
The
Sales Manager - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development for PEB solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves end-to-end management of the sales cycle, including lead generation, client acquisition, techno-commercial proposal preparation, negotiations, order finalization, and payment collection. Close coordination with internal design, estimation, and project teams is essential to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and generate new business opportunities from industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design and estimation teams
Lead negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure timely payment collections
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain an active sales pipeline
Coordinate with project and operations teams for smooth handover and execution post-order
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
or related discipline
MBA in Sales/Marketing
will be an added advantage
Minimum
5-10+ years of relevant experience
in PEB, Structural Steel, or Project-based B2B sales
Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge of
PEB systems and steel structures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read and interpret
drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Result-oriented mindset with strong client-handling abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
