Ltd., are the leading thermoforming packaging manufacturer of vacuum-formed and thermoformed packaging products in various forms like trays, blisters, clamshells, display units, and boxes in India. We cater to customers\' needs on a global scale. We develop and produce a vast variety of packaging for food, medical, cosmetics, electronics, stationery, and other general sectors. Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in client support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
