Job Description

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales floor. Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising standards. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall floor discipline. Greet and assist customers, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints immediately. Drive sales through team motivation and customer engagement. Ensure upselling and cross-selling by the sales team. Manage, supervise, and schedule sales staff. Assign daily targets and review staff performance. Conduct on-floor training for new and existing employees. Coordinate with the warehouse/inward team for stock availability. Maintain accurate stock records on the floor. Report fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items. Coordinate with the Sales Head, Purchase Team, and Management. Prepare daily sales reports and staff attendance updates. Communicate customer feedback and issue reports to management.

*Candidate must be from textile background - weaving, dying and embrodiery process exposure



Timing is 9.30 to 8:00



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
