We're Hiring! - Sales Manager

Job Location: New Delhi / Chandigarh

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Sales (preferably in Holiday Homes, Homestay,

hospitality/rental operations or Real Estate)

Experience in rental management and working with travel agencies & NRI clientele

Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, guest services, and housekeeping coordination

Good communication & client-handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic relationships with travel agencies and NRIs

Manage the entire sales process: client meetings, visits, negotiations & generate business.

Manage guest bookings, check-ins/outs, and daily rental operations

Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams

Maintain listings, pricing, and rental reports

Monitor market trends and report to management

Compensation:

Salary: ?25,000 - ? 60,000 per month ( salary is no bar for the right candidate)
