Sales & Business Development Manager

to lead our sales efforts, drive new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through direct sales, online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and networking. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, RFPs, and client presentations. Manage and guide a team of sales and bidding executives to achieve revenue targets. Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client portfolios. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and account management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze results for continuous improvement.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or bidding management. Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing. Hands-on experience with freelance bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
