Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
with deep expertise in
High-Performance Computing (HPC)
and
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of HPC/AI architectures and a proven track record in enterprise solution sales, account management, and strategic partnerships.
This is a consultative sales role where you will engage with CXOs, IT leaders, R&D heads, and technical teams to deliver high-value HPC/AI solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue
Handle end-to-end sales cycles for
HPC, AI/ML, GPU computing
, and advanced infrastructure solutions.
Build pipelines, identify new opportunities, and achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets.
Present HPC/AI offerings to
CXOs, IT leadership, R&D teams, engineering teams, and procurement teams
.
Business Development
Develop and execute
GTM strategies
for HPC & AI solution portfolios.
Build partnerships with
OEMs, ISVs, cloud providers
, and ecosystem partners.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping.
Technical Expertise
Understand customer requirements and design tailored
HPC/AI architectures
(compute, storage, GPUs, interconnects).
Work with pre-sales engineers to prepare proposals and solution designs.
Stay updated on AI workloads, GPUs, LLM infrastructure, cluster orchestration, and cloud HPC trends.
Customer Engagement
Build strong relationships with enterprise, government, academic, and research clients.
Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and technical briefings.
Lead post-sales engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
7-15 years
in Enterprise Sales / Business Development / Solution Sales in HPC, AI/ML, Cloud, or related domains.
Strong understanding of
HPC architectures
(compute clusters, schedulers, interconnects, parallel file systems).
Experience with
GPU/accelerator technologies
(NVIDIA, AMD, Intel).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with
OEMs, ISVs, cloud providers
, or system integrators.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling
AI/ML infrastructure, LLM training clusters
, or cloud HPC services.
Knowledge of
Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm, Singularity
.
Familiarity with scientific workloads or simulation applications.
Strong network across enterprise, government, academic, or research sectors.
Education
Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science (required)
MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred)
