Job Summary



We are looking for a smart, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager who can manage sales coordination, client communication, and timely payment collections. The role requires strong follow-up skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination



Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and manage documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch. Maintain updated customer and sales records in the CRM system. Respond to client queries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts. Track the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

Collection Management



Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collection. Send professional payment reminders when required. Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues. Maintain a log of all collection activities and generate regular reports. Build positive client relationships to ensure smooth payment processes.

General Coordination



Provide administrative support for sales and collection tasks. Assist in resolving customer concerns related to invoices or payments. Ensure compliance with company credit terms and collection procedures.

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic understanding of invoicing, collections, and accounting principles.
