Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager - Sales role. The Business Development Manager - Sales will be responsible for identifying, creating, sales, team building, and target achievement are pivotal aspects of the role. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth. Job Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership and Management: A SBDM often leads a sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure everyone is aligned with the company\'s goals. This involves setting clear objectives, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 2. Setting and Achieving Targets: The SBDM is responsible for setting achievable sales targets in coordination with higher management. They must develop strategies and action plans to meet these targets while continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. 3 . Performance Evaluation and Coaching: Regularly evaluating the performance of the sales team against set targets. Providing constructive feedback, coaching, and training to improve individual and collective performance. 4. Team Building and Development: Cultivating a strong, cohesive sales team by organizing team-building activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success, and encouraging knowledge sharing among team members. 5. Resource Allocation and Optimization: Effectively allocating resources such as time, budget, and manpower to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives. This involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize resources. 6. Incentive Programs and Recognition: Implementing incentive programs to motivate the sales team and drive performance. Recognizing and rewarding achievements to boost morale and encourage consistent high performance. 7. Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving: Addressing conflicts or challenges within the team promptly and diplomatically. Utilizing problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles that hinder the team\'s progress toward targets. 8. Continuous Improvement: Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Seeking feedback, sharing best practices, and implementing new techniques or tools to enhance sales processes. By focusing on team building, effective leadership, and a goal-oriented approach, a Business Development Manager - Sales can significantly contribute to the team\'s success in achieving sales targets and driving overall business growth.
