, is looking for an experienced

Sales & Business Development Lead

for its

Tea business

based in Hyderabad. The role requires

minimum 10 years of hands-on experience

in sales and distribution of

Tea and/or Coffee

, including means of

direct sales and distributor-driven models

. The candidate will be responsible for

driving sales growth, managing and expanding distributor network, leading sales teams across districts

, and executing end-to-end sales and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

Drive

sales growth

for Tea products across assigned territories. Manage and mentor

sales team across multiple districts

. Appoint, develop, and manage

distributors and channel partners

. Plan and execute

market expansion, distributor activation, and secondary sales

. Monitor sales performance, targets, collections, and market feedback. Work closely with management on

pricing, schemes, and sales strategy

. Ensure discipline in reporting, targets, and distributor performance.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience

in Tea / Coffee sales (FMCG). Strong experience in

distributor management and team handling

. Proven track record in

market development and territory expansion

. Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Fluency in Telugu.

Preferred Profile

Experience handling

regional or state-level sales responsibility

. Strong network in

tea trade / FMCG distribution

. Result-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
