Sales & Business Development Internship (Cold Calling)
Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our sales and business development team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in client outreach, relationship building, and sales processes. You will contribute to lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
? Identify potential clients through research and create lead lists.
? Conduct cold calls to introduce company services and generate interest.
? Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Client Relationship Management:
? Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions in a CRM tool.
? Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
? Assist in resolving client queries and building rapport.
Sales Strategy Support:
? Help in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
? Analyze client requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
? Support the sales team in closing deals and onboarding clients.
Requirements:
? Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
? Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
? Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
? Interest in sales and business development.
Preferred Skills:
? Prior experience in cold calling or sales (not mandatory).
? Confidence in approaching new prospects.
