We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team.
The ideal candidate will focus on increasing our reach, generating leads through innovative strategies, cold calling leads and converting them into customers.
Responsibilities:
Engage with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present solutions.
Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation Structure:
Rs. 7,500/- +plus Commission (Based on performance during the 15-day probation period)
