Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for new franchise outlets
Present Cakermon's franchise model to prospects
Conduct meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Close franchise deals with management support
Coordinate franchise onboarding and documentation
Maintain sales reports and lead trackers
Requirements:
1-4 years experience in sales/business development (franchise/real estate/F&B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and willing to travel
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM
