/ Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients through market research and field activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
Present company products and solutions to prospective customers
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in sales or business development (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field sales and client visits
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication
Salary:
Annual CTC:
