Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Executive, located in Pune. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks will include market research, developing business strategies, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Business acumen and experience in Account Management Excellent Communication skills Proven ability to develop strategic business plans Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
