Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive at Select Media. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Identify and target new markets and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Market Planning, Market Research, and Communication skills
Sales and Marketing experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Knowledge of the advertising industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing (1-3 years preferred).
Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing practices.
