to join our team in Hebbal, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business success.
Effectively communicate and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
6 months - 2 years of experience
in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
(mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
