Key Responsibilities
lead entry in ERP - for all branches
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, EPCs, and distributors.
Data bank updating
Meeting line up based on route plan for the month for the BD Officers
contact details collection - to make every effort to get details of the company not in our data bank. This could be through social media calling, references
Bulk Email and WhatsApp messaging -promotion
Quotation preparation based on the inputs from BD officials
feedback and testimonial collection
Promotion material related work -stock check ,printing etc.
Social media handling -with agency hired
Check the BD officials data from share point and prepare report on weekly basis- in consultation with Data Analyst
Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM tools to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote brand awareness.
Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
BBA /MBA marketing/Finance
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term business relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
