We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales & Business Development Executive for our growing Marathi podcast brand - 3S Talk.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media sales, BDE activities, and a good understanding of podcast platforms. This is a field role based in Pune with client meetings and outreach responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate B2B/B2C leads for podcast promotions and sponsorships
Reach out to brands, influencers, and potential collaborators
Handle cold-calling, email pitching, and meetings
Convert leads to clients and maintain strong relationships
Coordinate with internal marketing & content teams
Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback
Requirements:

Proven experience in Digital Media / Marketing / Podcast Sales*

Strong understanding of platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, etc.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi + Hindi + English*

Experience working in Pune's media sector preferred*

Tech-savvy, well-versed with basic digital tools
Should be open to field work and client meetings
