Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, leads, networking, and referrals
Promote and sell travel packages including tours, holidays, flights, hotels, visa services, and customized itineraries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both individual and corporate clients
Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed travel advice, quotations, and itineraries
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain client records, follow up on leads, and update CRM systems regularly
Attend travel expos, client meetings, and networking events to promote services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in travel & tourism)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
Customer-focused approach with persuasive negotiation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
