Job Description

Responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing B2B property supply partners (properties, aggregators, channel managers, bedbanks, etc.) to expand the Company's inventory and improve supply performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, pitch, and onboard B2B supply partners across geographies

Negotiate commercial terms (commission, payouts, parity, promotions, exclusivity)

Coordinate onboarding workflows including content, pricing, availability & policies

Enable API/XML/channel manager integrations with tech/product teams

Maintain partner relationships to drive pricing, availability, conversion & fulfillment

Track supply performance metrics (live listings, cancellations, conversion, reviews)

Requirements:



2+ years in B2B partnerships, supply acquisition, BD, OTA, or travel ecosystem

Understanding of hotel/property onboarding & inventory workflows preferred

Strong communication + negotiation skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally with tech/product/ops

Hustler mindset; ability to build relationships & close deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month

Experience:
