Position Summary
This is a multi-faceted role that requires a blend of excellent communication skills, strategic outreach, and a customer-focused approach. The primary objective is to identify and secure new business opportunities in real estate styling and festive & corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Proactively identify, research, and cold-call relevant B2B stakeholders, including real estate developers, interior design firms, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals/families in Jodhpur and surrounding areas.
Real Estate Project Styling:
Focus on securing opportunities to style model apartments, show homes, and corporate spaces within new residential and commercial real estate projects.
Event Gifting Curation:
Develop relationships with wedding planners, corporate event organizers, and hospitality providers to offer customized, bulk gift hampers (e.g., wedding favors, corporate gifts).
Customer Service:
During peak business hours or as needed, assist the in-store team by engaging with local footfall, demonstrating product knowledge, and helping customers make informed purchase decisions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Invite repeat business by keeping clients informed of new arrivals, exclusive promotions, and store events.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Must-Have Requirements
Exceptional English Fluency
: Superior proficiency in spoken and written English is required for professional communication with high-end clients and corporate stakeholders.
Proven Sales Experience
: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, cold-calling, or business development.
Communication Skills
: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Local Knowledge
: Familiarity with the Jodhpur real estate and high-end event market is a significant advantage.
Aesthetic Sensitivity
: A genuine interest in and understanding of home decor, design, and premium retail products.

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
