Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Business Coordinator for the Thrissur region who can effectively manage sales coordination along with logistics and supply chain support. The role will act as a bridge between sales, distributors, warehouse, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and ensure proper territory coverage. Track targets, achievements, pending orders, and collections. Prepare sales MIS, performance reports, and review presentations.

Distributor & Customer Management

Serve as the primary coordination point between company, distributors, and key accounts. Ensure timely order booking, invoicing, and resolution of customer complaints. Support appointment and onboarding of new distributors / channel partners.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Monitor order fulfillment status, delivery timelines, and proof of delivery (POD). Track stock availability, ageing, damages, and returns in coordination with stores and accounts. Ensure proper route planning and vehicle utilization for cost-effective distribution. Handle inter-branch stock transfers and reconciliation. Follow up on freight bills, delivery discrepancies, and transit loss claims.

Business Operations & Planning

Support sales promotions, schemes, and new product launches. Track secondary sales, market stock, and competitor activities. Coordinate with marketing and finance for smooth execution of business plans.

Team Coordination & Reporting

Assist Sales Manager / ASM in monitoring field staff productivity. Communicate targets, schemes, and policies to the sales force. Organize review meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure action-point follow-up.
Desired Profile

Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Operations / Logistics preferred). Minimum 2 years' experience in sales coordination with exposure to logistics or supply chain operations. Sound knowledge of order processing, dispatch planning, and distribution management. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP / CRM systems. Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work under tight timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
