1. Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive
with experience in selling tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, or related building material products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building dealer networks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Client Handling
Attend walk-in customers at showroom / site.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Provide product demos, design suggestions, and price quotations.
B. Sales & Business Development
Meet contractors, architects, builders, and interior designers to pitch products.
Generate leads through market visits and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
C. Dealer / Distributor Management
Visit dealers regularly for order collection & relationship building.
Ensure product availability, display management, and branding at dealer points.
D. Market Research & Reporting
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare daily sales reports (DSR), follow-up sheets, and order updates.
