Job Description

We are looking to employ a dedicated dynamic and detail-oriented sales and marketing associate to grow sales and brand awareness of the Tork brand.

The candidate would need below behaviors and skills -

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.

Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.

Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.

Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.

Detailed list of tasks -

Lead generation and market research
Customer relationship management and support
Product and service expertise
Reporting and record-keeping
Feedback and after-sales support
Maintaining the agreements where free dispensers are installed
?Pricing support and tracking
Re engage inactive clients
?Managing and maintaining marketing content
order tracking - monthly refill tracking

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer support
Successful sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office and English
Strong Verbal and Written skills
Management degree or equivalent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Personal vehicle for movement in the sales market
Would prefer a candidate with a management degree or an equal degree

FREQUENT TRAVELLING IS REQUIRED WITHIN KOLKATA, TO MEET CUSTOMERS.
