Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, setting up client meetings, and helping to drive business growth by effectively communicating our marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Chitrakaya's marketing services and solutions. Identify and qualify leads through research and networking. Set up appointments and meetings with prospective clients, both remotely and in-field as needed. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to tailor proposals that meet client needs. Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in CRM software. Understand client requirements and provide timely feedback to internal teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or client acquisition preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising is an advantage. Willingness to travel locally within Bihar for client meetings if required.
