Key Responsibilities:

? Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders

? Preparing food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards

? Maintaining food safety and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles

? Managing stock and inventory efficiently

? Handling customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

? Running store operations smoothly in the absence of other employees

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 6 years in the coffee chain industry (Food & QSR industry preferred)

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Excellent customer service and people skills

Effective time management

Knowledge of food safety and stock management
