We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Guest Relations & Booking Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns, reaching out to prospective guests, explaining stay options, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings for our studio apartments and stays.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable stay/studio apartment options.
Explain property features, pricing, and available packages to potential guests.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering excellent service and persuasive communication.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and bookings in the Excel Sheet.
Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Tele-sales Executive, or Customer Service role (hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions confidently.
