Lead sales operations for assigned territory (Hospitals, Diagnostics, Clinics, Biomedical Departments).
Drive business growth for biomedical equipment, instruments, consumables, and solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Handle key accounts and build strong long-term customer relationships.
Conduct high-level product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions.
Identify new business opportunities, tender requirements, and institutional sales prospects.
Mentor and support junior sales team members (if applicable).
Manage negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with purchase departments.
Coordinate with service, logistics, and technical teams for seamless delivery/installation.
Prepare MIS, sales forecast reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Required Skills & Experience:
6-10 years
of experience in medical device/biomedical sales.
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
Strong understanding of biomedical equipment (ICU devices, patient monitoring, lab instruments, etc.).
Excellent client relationship and territory management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to travel frequently and manage field operations independently.
