Responsible for preparing sales quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial invoices. Handle billing operations for both domestic and export customers. Prepare and manage all export-related documents including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, and other required forms. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order processing. Maintain records of quotations, orders, and invoices. Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and document submissions. Assist sales team with administrative tasks and reporting. Prepare monthly sales and billing reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with GST and export documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and billing, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industry. Good command over written and spoken English. Strong knowledge of quotation preparation, billing, and export documentation. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/accounting software. Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with attention to detail. Knowledge of GST and export procedures preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or Experience related field.
