Drive end-to-end sales cycles for HPC, AI/ML, GPU computing, and advanced data infrastructure solutions.
Identify new business opportunities, develop pipelines, and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
Present and position HPC/AI offerings to CXOs, IT leadership, R&D heads, engineering teams, and procurement functions.
Business Development & Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for HPC and AI solution portfolios.
Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, ISVs, cloud providers, and ecosystem partners.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping to drive long-term business growth.
Technical & Solution Expertise
Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored HPC/AI architectures, including compute, storage, interconnects, accelerators, and workload profilers.
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers/solution architects to design, propose, and present technical solutions.
Stay current with emerging trends in AI workloads, GPUs, LLM infrastructure, cluster orchestration, cloud HPC, and hybrid deployment models.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, government, research, and academic clients.
Host product demos, workshops, and technical briefings for customer stakeholders.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong post-sales engagement and account management.
Required Qualifications
7-15 years
of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales in HPC, AI/ML, Cloud, or related domains.
Strong understanding of HPC architectures (compute clusters, schedulers, parallel file systems, interconnects).
Proven exposure to GPU/accelerator technologies (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) and AI infrastructure stacks.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in technology solution selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-presenting skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into business value for decision-makers.
Experience working with OEMs, ISVs, cloud providers, or system integrators.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, LLM training clusters, or cloud HPC services.
Understanding of containerized AI workflows (Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm, Singularity).
Familiarity with scientific workloads, simulation applications, or data engineering pipelines.
Strong network within enterprise, research, government, or academic segments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field required.
MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
