About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and persuasive

Sales & BDE (Cold Calling)

with strong

agency experience

to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and convert conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads Present AB Media's services clearly and confidently Maintain follow-up pipelines and nurture leads Update CRM records and lead status Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Provide call insights and trends to management

Requirements



Mandatory: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a digital marketing / media / creative agency

Proven telesales/telemarketing experience Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to handle objections professionally Familiar with CRM tools and lead-management systems Fluent in English & Hindi Target-driven and self-motivated
Skills Gained:

Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling techniques. Resilience in handling rejections with persistence. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Practical exposure to sales processes, client outreach, and business development.
