Maintain follow-up pipelines and nurture leads
Update CRM records and lead status
Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Provide call insights and trends to management
Requirements
Mandatory: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a digital marketing / media / creative agency
Proven telesales/telemarketing experience
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections professionally
Familiar with CRM tools and lead-management systems
Fluent in English & Hindi
Target-driven and self-motivated
Skills Gained:
Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Resilience in handling rejections with persistence.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Practical exposure to sales processes, client outreach, and business development.
