About the Role:

We're seeking energetic and goal-oriented

Sales BDEs/BDMs

to join our business growth team. You'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue business leads Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Develop sales strategies to meet company goals Manage B2B/B2C client communications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience:

1-6 years

in sales, business development, or client handling Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of IT or software services (preferred) Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
