Job Title: Sales Backend Telecaller [Female]

Location: Haribalakrishna Automobiles,

Karaiyiruppu, Madurai Main Road, Tirunelveli.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Backend Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and assist the sales team in achieving targets. The role involves providing product information, generating leads, following up with prospects, and ensuring smooth backend sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.

Generate leads and forward qualified prospects to the sales team.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Follow up with leads and close telephonic sales where applicable.

Support the sales team with backend coordination, quotation preparation, and order processing.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

Proven experience in telecalling / telesales preferred.

Good communication skills in [languages required - English, Tamil].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Persuasive, result-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
