To manage the complete backend sales operations including
proposal generation
, CRM updates, documentation, reporting, and inter-department coordination. This role is the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring all customer proposals are timely, technically sound, and aligned with Company's processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Preparation (Core Function)
Create customized proposals using "Proposal Excels", QAP formats, and Standard Checklist.
Work closely with the design team to compile accurate technical offers, datasheets, and equipment specifications.
Prepare pricing sheets, project-specific BOQs, and forward preliminary layouts after approvals.
Maintain a proposal tracker with version control and client-wise folders.
2. Lead Management & CRM Handling
Refresh lead portals daily.
Log new leads in CRM/Excel-based enquiry register and assign to field executives.
Update enquiry status, follow-ups, and action items consistently.
3. Internal Coordination
Interface with design, purchase, production, and logistics teams to gather supporting material for proposals.
Share technical clarifications, drawings, and system architecture with the field team.
Schedule proposal reviews and communicate delivery timelines to the sales head.
4. Sales Reporting
Maintain follow-up sheets, visit reports (from field staff), and pipeline health status.
Generate dashboards for submitted proposals, pending approvals, and expected closures.
