Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and clients for order processing and product requirements.
Handle daily sales inquiries and provide product information to customers.
Maintain sales data, prepare sales reports, and update order status in the system.
Follow up with distributors for payments, orders, and delivery schedules.
Manage billing, invoicing, and sales entries in
Tally
(mandatory).
Communicate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare quotations, price lists, and required sales documents.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with distributors and communicate effectively with clients.
Proficiency in
Tally
for billing, invoicing, and sales entries.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
, email communication, and sales documentation.
Prior experience in sales back office, customer support, or coordination roles (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and follow up proactively.
