The Sales Back Office Executive supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and helping the sales team focus on revenue-generating activities.
Follow up on deliveries, payments, and stock levels
Prepare and issue customer quotations based on product specifications, pricing, and terms.
Work with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to check availability and delivery timelines.
