About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Senior Manager - B2B Sales

to lead our business-to-business distribution and channel sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

partner management, enterprise sales, and strategic business development

, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective

B2B sales strategies

to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Identify, onboard, and manage

distribution partners, resellers, and channel networks

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

key clients and business partners

. Analyze

market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

to uncover new opportunities. Collaborate with

marketing and product teams

for lead generation and brand development. Prepare and present

sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates

to management. Negotiate and close

high-value deals

, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide the

sales team

to achieve alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

(MBA preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience

in

B2B distribution, channel sales, or enterprise business development

. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding

sales targets

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and relationship management

skills. Strong

analytical and strategic

thinking abilities. Proficiency in

CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
