Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely service delivery.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
Reporting & Collaboration
Update CRM systems with client interactions, leads, and deal status.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and offers.
Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management.
