Role Overview

We are looking for a

highly driven B2B Sales Executive

who will be responsible for onboarding colleges and institutions, pitching incubation and entrepreneurship programs, and closing institutional partnerships. This is a

field-intensive role

requiring strong relationship-building skills and ownership of the sales pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional Sales & Partnerships

? Identify, approach, and onboard

colleges, universities, and educational institutions



? Pitch Incubenation Campus offerings such as:

? E-Cell setup & structuring

? Incubation & pre-incubation programs

? Entrepreneurship curriculum & workshops

? Mentorship, startup support & funding programs

? Conduct

in-person meetings, presentations, and demos

with college management, principals, deans, and placement/innovation heads

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

? Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and institutional networks

? Maintain and manage the

end-to-end sales cycle

: lead ? pitch ? negotiation ? closure

? Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and reports using CRM or tracking tools

Relationship Management

? Build long-term relationships with partner institutions

? Coordinate with internal teams (operations, curriculum, founders office) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

? Act as the single point of contact for assigned partner colleges

Market Intelligence

? Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in education & incubation space

? Provide feedback to management for product and pricing improvements

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

? 2-3 years of

B2B sales experience



? Experience selling to

institutions, enterprises, or decision-makers



?

Own two-wheeler or car

with a valid driving license

? Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

? Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Good to Have

? Experience in

education, EdTech, incubation, training, or consulting



? Familiarity with college ecosystems, startup programs, or entrepreneurship cells

? Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
