Salary: ?22,000 - ?30,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Requirement: Own Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/Industrial Sales and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing distributor/dealer networks, and providing technical and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct customers. Execute sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products. Provide technical and marketing support, including product demonstrations and sample approvals. Ensure timely collection of payments and statutory documents (e.g., forms, invoices). Maintain daily sales activity reports in the CRM system. Handle after-sales service and customer support effectively. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / industrial sales / industrial paints / automobile accessories sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
