Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify potential clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business in domestic and/or international markets.
Market Research & Analysis
Study competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Identify gaps and opportunities in the target market.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and institutional clients.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate performance reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, products, and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
