Role Purpose Statement

Setting up process and analytics system at Bunge B2B customer end.


Coordinating Sales Transformation Process


Developing the structure for developing data analytics process.


Developing a strong databased user interface for robust sales process which will help in analytics-based decision making.


Developing automation & analytics based future ready Sales Organization.

Main Accountabilities

Data Analytics. Last Mile SFA Execution. Sales & Marketing system Dashboards. Performance Analytics on optimum utilization of resources. Productivity / Man-days dashboards. Incentive analytics Trade Scheme performance.
