Job Title: Sales Attendant

Location: Shibpur, Howrah

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ?18,000 per month

Minimum Experience - 1 to 2 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Attendant to join our team in Shibpur, Howrah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing products, handling inquiries, and maintaining sales records. This role requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the store

Present and explain product features and pricing

Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Record sales transactions and customer details accurately

Maintain and update data in Excel sheets regularly

Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
