Promote and sell Palram products to walk-in customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Support the regional sales team in managing key accounts and dealer relationships.
Maintain and update CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the retail/building material segment.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, building materials, hardware, or industrial products preferred.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Willingness to travel.
