We are looking for experienced Sales Associates to drive revenue growth through media sales and strategic brand partnerships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing partnerships that create long-term value. Based in Bengaluru, you will work closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to expand market reach and strengthen partnership-led revenues. The role is suited for professionals who are comfortable with consultative selling, negotiation, and managing the full sales lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients and strategic brand partnership opportunities
• Drive the complete sales cycle, including pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and partnership terms
• Collaborate with internal marketing and servicing teams for seamless execution
• Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and partnership performance
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or brand partnerships
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
