What You'll Do

Consultative Telecalling -

Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.

Understand Customer Needs -

Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.

Explain Product Value -

Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.

Drive Sales -

Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

CRM & Follow-ups -

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.

Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales

Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.

Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.

Note: Candidates must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one for work.
