We are looking for a young, energetic, and confident

Sales Associate

to join our team at 7eventzz. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to grow in the events, decor, and gifting industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction & Lead Handling

Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and website leads. Understand customer requirements for birthday, anniversary, and event decorations. Provide package details, pricing, and service information clearly. Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions.

2. Sales Conversion

Follow up with leads on time to maximize conversions. Share relevant decoration ideas, photos, and packages based on customer needs. Assist customers in choosing the right package and closing the booking.

3. Coordination & Operations Support

Coordinate customer bookings with the operations and vendor teams. Ensure accurate details are passed to decorators (location, timing, customer needs). Handle last-minute customer queries smoothly.

4. CRM & Data Management

Update lead records and follow-up status in CRM/Excel. Maintain call logs and daily sales reports. Track booking confirmations and payments.

5. Customer Experience

Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication. Provide quick resolutions for customer questions or concerns. Ensure every customer has a smooth pre-booking experience.

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi & English). Basic understanding of sales and customer service. Ability to handle WhatsApp and phone conversations confidently. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads.

Preferred Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Freshers welcome; training will be provided. Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
